He is living in a 3 story townhouse ON THE WATER in Tierra Verde, FL with a boat slip in his back yard of which he has enjoyed the luxury of two 35'+ boats as well as many other toys including a Harley Davidson motorcycle, jet skis, and whaler.
Even though he has never been denied visitation with his twin boys, he feels he has no financial obligation whatsoever. He has always had funds available that were beneficial to his own needs,.. attorneys to seek disability, lawsuits against companies, and consultation on how to hide his assets from creditors.
He has hidden jobs that he has had and immediately quit the jobs when wage garnishment was granted. He has been charged with Contempt of Court on at least 3 separate occasions and was easily able to pay the purge set forth by the court to prevent the imposed jail sentence.
YES, Ladies.. HE IS A WINNER.
He is on disability and claiming he is unable to work a desk job, yet he IS quite capable of establishing and serving as captain to a corporation which has been NAMED after his twin sons and advertises boat charters/fishing trips. This corporation ironically "appears" to have been established as a means to protect any liens against the boat for child support arrears which would have benefited his children. He cannot support his children, yet he has the audacity to parade them around as trophies and include their pictures on this Charter website.

Now, despite the unconditional love his sons have given him since birth, he has chosen to DISOWN them rather than fulfill his obligations with a recent hefty inheritance that he has received from the death of his mother.
